Through the years we saw first hand how she was always there for her clients. Putting their needs above her own. Anything we asked if Kim she was happy to do. If she felt it was not in our best interest she would voice her opinion but say it was ultimately our decision which was appreciated. The accepted offer came though when Kim was overseas on a family vacation and even had just had her phone stolen. We would have never known this though as Kim did not miss anything in fact was strategic to get us exactly what we needed. Which was a cash offer and quick close.
